Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory Skills - Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate. Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Perform user administration duties.
Desired SkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Three years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician. Familiarity with networking systems and protocols. Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer.
