Your qualifications:

  • A passion for providing leadership in customer service, training, and coaching, working alongside the Restaurant Leader to guide all restaurant employees.
  • Capability to maintain restaurant standards in line with company policies and Health Department regulations.
  • Commitment to ensuring that all food products are prepared, presented, and served fresh.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting operational guidelines and procedure manuals.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but candidates with a minimum of one year of restaurant management experience will be considered.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, perform physical activities including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
