Senior Estimator - Fast Track to Director Role | Willoughby, OH

An award-winning, nationally recognized commercial construction firm in the Greater Cleveland area is looking to add an experienced Senior Estimator to their team. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Director-level leadership for the right individual.

As a cornerstone member of the preconstruction team, you’ll lead complex, multi-million-dollar projects from concept through completion-working on diverse markets such as commercial, institutional, multifamily, and mixed-use construction. What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee all phases of the estimating process, from conceptual budgets to detailed bids
  • Lead project cost analysis, value engineering, and subcontractor relations
  • Partner with executive leadership on business development, strategy, and pursuit planning
  • Mentor junior estimators and help shape the company’s preconstruction vision
