Qualifications:
- Aspiration to become a Partner within two years.
- 8+ years of public accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software.
- CPA designation required.
- Provide proactive individual and business tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.
- Specialize in individual and business tax returns, focusing on flow-through entities.
- Ensure client and team satisfaction through effective communication and tax-saving strategies.
- Collaborate with senior team members on client management and business development.
- Supervise and lead associates to manage client engagements and deadlines.
- Participate in client development and represent the firm in the business community.
- Uphold the firm's culture, values, and client service principles.
