The General Manager plays a crucial role in making the lives of employees and customers better by creating opportunities that have a positive impact on their experiences. You will oversee the entire restaurant operation while cultivating a strong team dedicated to delivering outstanding food and friendly service.

- Demonstrate efficiency in labor control, inventory management, and waste reduction.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in the restaurant or retail industry, or a combination of experience and education.
- Experience in sales building, P&L management, recruitment, and training.
- Proven success in hiring and retention practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- ServeSafe Certification is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Physical Demands:
This position involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently throughout working hours. These physical requirements may be met with or without reasonable accommodation.
