The Role

As a Senior Business Applications Analyst, you will be an essential member of the Treasury Management - Strategy, Projects, and Applications team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide in-depth analytical, business, and technical support across our portfolio of IT platforms, focusing on managing Treasury Management applications effectively. With extensive experience in SAP Treasury Management applications, you will lead business analysis initiatives, troubleshoot issues, develop application solutions, and foster business process improvements across various strategic functions. You will also oversee controls, administrative responsibilities, and application support for these critical systems, advising stakeholders on IT platform direction based on a comprehensive understanding of business processes and SAP Treasury functionalities.

Collaboration with diverse teams will be crucial as you manage dependencies, risks, and opportunities. You will research complex business issues, document requirements, direct system testing and implementation, design documentation standards, and mentor team members to ensure robust risk management aligned with company policies, all while utilizing Agile methodologies and maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

This position requires your presence in the office 4 days a week, and can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, or Charlotte, NC. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Advising and providing analytical support and recommendations to stakeholders regarding business and IT platform modifications, catering to current and future business needs.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of business processes and advising on technology solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and information services to identify and address dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Researching complex business issues requiring advanced knowledge of principles and theories.
  • Documenting business requirements for applications and directing system testing and implementation to meet contractual needs and enhance processes.
  • Leading the design and administration of standards and policies for application documentation.
  • Establishing system documentation standards and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to team members and contributing to performance and development plans.
  • Identifying and managing risks associated with business activities in compliance with risk and compliance policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
  • 6 years of experience in analyzing IT business processes and software application design, with a solid understanding of application systems and operations.
  • Understanding of application administration and the software development life cycle, including testing execution.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation related to workflow, business requirements, and technical functionalities of applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in identifying and documenting risks and controls, including testing of controls.
  • Successful completion of an analyst assessment may be required.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $93,770 - $179,240.
