Location: Redmond, WA
Job Description
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for managing shipping and receiving activities for both domestic and international shipments. This role involves processing shipments and material transactions in the ERP system, organizing and maintaining inventory and partially finished materials, and coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to enhance customer delivery.
Responsibilities
-
Manage shipping and receiving for domestic and international shipments.
-
Process shipments and material transactions in the ERP system.
-
Organize and maintain inventory along with partially finished materials.
-
Communicate with Sales and Customer Service to confirm and manage customer orders.
-
Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure and improve customer delivery.
-
Perform additional Material Handler duties as needed to support and maintain customer orders.
Essential Skills
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
-
Prior experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
-
Strong focus on quality and passion for customer fulfillment.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written).
-
Experience with ERP systems.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Experience with UPS WorldShip, UPS system, FedEx, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL.
-
Medical device warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
-
Experience receiving international and domestic shipments is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
