Job Overview As an Junior Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of a condominium portfolio in New York City, ensuring smooth lease administration, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.      This is a full-time, on-site position based out of the Brighton Beach Brooklyn Property.      The job duties listed are typical examples of the work performed by positions in this job classification. Not all duties assigned to every position are included, nor is it expected that all positions will be assigned every duty.   Key Responsibilities:
  • - Tenant Support: Respond to tenant questions, complaints, and service requests. 
  • -  Maintenance Coordination: Schedule repairs, inspections, and cleaning services. 
  • - Rent & Payments: Assist with maintenance collection and track payment records. 
  • - Administration: Keep property files, contracts, and compliance documents organized. 
  • - Team Support: Work closely with senior property managers and contractors. 
  • - Property Checks: Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and upkeep. 
  • Attend monthly board meetings as required 
Skills & Qualities:
  • - Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • - Basic knowledge of property operations and building systems 
  • - Organized and detail-oriented 
  • - Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly 
  • - Willingness to learn and grow into more responsibilities 
  • - Proficiency in Russian a plus but not mandatory
