**Position Summary:
**The Mill Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment in the mill. Work priorities are directed by the Maintenance Manager. This role ensures all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Work with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication systems
  • Repair components such as bearings, gears, chains, pumps, and gearboxes
  • Use CMMS to document work orders and parts usage
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What We're Looking For

  • Industrial maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals
  • Experience with plasma cutters or torches preferred
  • Forklift or Bobcat experience a plus
  • Able to work independently
