The Program Assistant is responsible for clerical assistance to the Program Director and for compiling and recording operational data for submission to the State. In addition, the Program Assistant oversees all clerical component section for the site and reports to the Site Manager.

  • Associates Degree - REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's Degree with management courses in the Degree - PREFERRED
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in WIC program - PREFERRED
  • Organizational, writing and math skills necessary
  • Knowledge of computer applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases.
  • Knowledge of secretarial and office procedures
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Bilingual preferred.
