About the Company:
A well-established and growing distributor in the HVAC, Building Automation, and Industrial markets is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join their team in Atlanta. This company supports contractors, OEMs, and system integrators across the Southeast with a reputation for technical expertise and excellent service.

About the Role:

Were looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Strategist to take ownership of the companys digital footprint. Youll lead initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales team through strategic campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, email, web, and social)

  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and email communications for engagement and performance

  • Support marketing automation efforts using Salesforce and Pardot

  • Partner with sales teams to spotlight key products and support lead generation initiatives

  • Monitor campaign KPIs and continuously refine strategies for improved ROI

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (Salesforce/Pardot preferred)

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting

  • Excellent communication skills and content instincts

  • Bonus: Experience in HVAC, industrial, or building automation sectors
