About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, mid-sized organization within the property industry. They are known for their expertise in construction and their commitment to delivering high-quality projects across the S Florida area.

Job Description
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects in the property industry.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project plans to determine material and labor costs.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and update project budgets to reflect changes in scope or materials.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project costs and budgets to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all estimates and project costs.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to the project team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Estimator should have:
  • Experience in construction cost estimation within the property industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimation and project management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
