Title: Pharmacy and Therapeutics Project Leader

Your Impact:

Lead the management of contracts related to Pharmacy and Therapeutics.

Effectively communicate progress, issues, and challenges to both internal and external stakeholders.

Organize and facilitate periodic status meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.

Coordinate sub committee meetings to ensure comprehensive project oversight.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify process issues, recommend improvements, and create necessary documentation.

Research and validate data to forecast staffing needs, workflows, and to address quality and operational issues.

Assist in managing project scope to align with business needs, ensuring the delivery aligns with the project charter while documenting any necessary changes.

Communicate plans and project status effectively within the team and the broader organization, including IT and management.

Possess a basic understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes applicable to smaller projects.
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS in a related field plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or a compatible combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience:

Strong proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite programs.

Experience in pharmacy settings is preferred.

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
If assigned to any Government Business Division entity, applicants may be subjected to additional requirements including background checks and government clearances.
For candidates working in the below locations, the salary range for this position is $66,864 - $114,624. Locations include California, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, and New York.
