Infrastructure Operations Manager

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the overall infrastructure operations environment, including system uptime, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery support.

• Direct daily NOC/SOC operational activities.

• Ensure compliance with availability, incident, and change management processes.

• Coordinate with System, Network, and Storage Engineers for proactive remediation.

• Maintain configuration documentation and monitoring dashboards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in IT Systems or Engineering.

• Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation; CompTIA Network+; PMP optional.

• Experience: 8-10 years in IT operations leadership.

• Clearance: Public Trust - Moderate Risk.
