This young, early-stage start-up challenger is currently looking for Front-End/Full-Stack Engineers to join their small team and help drive the business forward.

This very young company, who were founded just over a year ago, have taken big strides in their space already

With their ambitious product vision in AI and ML, you will tackle interesting technical challenges that push the boundaries of what's possible.

There is the opportunity to work within a complex codebase, own entire product points, and build new features end-to-end.

They work on building GenAI software to help accelerate organisations.

With a small team of roughly 10 Engineers at the moment, they are poised to ramp up quickly and are looking to add several software engineers to their team as soon as possible

They all work together 5 days on-site in their Central Manhattan office.

About the Front-End/Full-Stack Software Engineer Vacancies:

Front-End:

• Build and refine sleek, high-quality user interfaces from low-fidelity wireframes

• Implement top-tier CSS to create exceptional, pixel-perfect experiences

• Optimize front-end performance to ensure seamless interactions

• Work closely with design and engineering to bring ideas to life with precision and speed

• Contribute to our product's core architecture and front-end best practices

Full-Stack:

• Build and ship full-stack applications

• Develop and refine high-quality front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript

• Design and optimise back-end systems for performance, security, and scalability

• Work closely with design and product to turn ideas into production-ready items

• Take ownership of vital technical decisions, ensuring maintainability and long-term impact

Ideal Requirements for the Front-End/Full-Stack Software Engineer Vacancies:

• React + TypeScript

• Stack isn't a strict requirement; the focus is on engineering quality and adaptability, not specific tech

Ideal profile:

2. Mid-level to Senior-level with start-up experience (5+ years)

Started in big tech or well-trained environment, transitioned to start-up

Hands-on, adaptable, product-minded

Front-End - Further Details:

• Expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of state management and performance optimisation

• Strong experience with Tailwind CSS or SASS/SCSS, delivering refined, polished, and visually sharp UIs

• Proven ability to architect and scale complex Next.js applications, leveraging features like App Router, SSR, SSG, and ISR

• Familiarity with fetch management libraries like react-query or similar

• Hands-on experience with CSS animations, transitions, and layout techniques to create smooth, engaging interfaces

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality front-end development work

• A keen eye for design, detail, and user experience, ensuring seamless interactions

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment, iterating quickly on new ideas

Bonus if you have:

• Experience leading large-scale migrations to Next.js, designing and implementing solutions that make full use of its strengths

• Deep knowledge of caching mechanisms and CDN integrations to enhance the performance and scalability of Next.js applications worldwide

• Experience implementing sophisticated internationalisation (i18n) and localisation (l10n) strategies for global user bases in Next.js projects

• R3F (React Three Fiber) or Three.js (for immersive 3D experiences)

Full-Stack - Further Details:

• A good portfolio or GitHub highlighting full-stack development expertise. Proficient in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern front-end/back-end frameworks

• Experience designing and working with scalable databases and APIs

• Deep understanding of performance optimisation, security, and best practices

• Thrives in a fast-moving, high-energy startup environment
