Now Hiring: Bead Blast Finishing Operator - Multiple Shifts | Aurora, OH

Available Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM
  • Weekend Shift:
    • Friday: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM
    • Saturday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
    • Sunday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
    • Weekend shift is paid for 40 hours while working 36
  • Location: Aurora, OH
Pay & Benefits:
  • $21 to $22 per hour, based on experience and shift

Position Overview:
Join a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer as a Bead Blast Finishing Operator. This hands-on role is part of the finishing process, helping prepare components for final coating by cleaning and deburring materials using a bead blasting machine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload parts into a bead blasting machine
  • Operate the machine to clean and smooth components using fine abrasive beads
  • Remove debris, rust, and surface contaminants from metal parts
  • Inspect cleaned components to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
  • Support production schedules and work efficiently with minimal supervision
What You Bring:
  • 6 months to 1 year of machine operation or finishing experience required
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines
  • No blueprint reading or precision measuring tools are required for this role
