Surgical Assistant

UC Health is hiring a Full-time Surgical Assist (SA) to join the Operating Room at West Chester Hospital. This is a first shift position.

The Operating Room Surgical Assistant will support West Chester Hospital's Operating Room (OR) and Level III Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures. The nurse's main duty is as circulators. Scrub is not a requirement. The OR is a 9 room OR. Our highest volume comes from orthopedics and sports medicine. Other procedures include ears, oral, spine, plastic, podiatry, bariatric, robotic, GYN, and urology procedures.
