Customer Service Rep

Century Group is excited to share this awesome opportunity for a Customer Services Representative for our client in the food manufacturing industry. We are searching for a customer serviced oriented individual with great listing skills. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $20 to $22 per hour.
Job Description:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
Experience:
- Proven customer support experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
