JOB DESCRIPTION:Medical center in west Georgia is seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join an established group. New grads are welcome to apply. Anticipated Call Coverage - 1:2 or 1:3. Competitive financial package being offered with incentive based on WRVUs, vacation, CME, medical/malpractice/life/disability insurance, retirement benefits, relocation expenses, and commencement/sign-on bonus. HOSPITAL:We offer a 24-hour emergency department, a Level II neonatal center, same-day surgery and ambulatory care, a pain management center, a wound care clinic, two cardiac cath labs, and state-of-the-art diagnostic procedures including digital mammography, MRI, CT, PET/CT, nuclear medicine, and interventional cardiology/radiology. There is also a large referral base and a robust hospitalist program. COMMUNITY:A progressive and growing community, it provides an exceptional quality of life, low cost of living, with an abundance of cultural and recreational opportunities, including hiking and bike trails, a botanical garden, a family water park, vineyards, a performing arts center and excellent shopping.
