Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting targeted patient volume goals.
- Lead the clinic team, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office staff, to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Review patients' medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and current medications to establish accurate diagnoses.
- Engage proactively with clinical leadership to ensure the best patient care and resolve any concerns in alignment with our company values.
- Timely completion and management of patient charts, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards.
- Analyze patient histories and diagnostic information to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Deliver excellent care through accurate diagnostic recommendations and patient education on acute and chronic conditions.
- Adhere to federal and state regulations, including HIPAA guidelines, ensuring all procedures are compliant.
- Efficiently manage telehealth patient queues for proper follow-up care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on their ongoing treatment.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Support new employee training and integration during their onboarding process.
- Maintain a positive workplace environment and foster strong relationships within the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Experience: 1-2 years as a nurse practitioner in relevant settings such as Urgent Care, Family Medical Practice, or Emergency Departments is preferred.
- Licensure: Active and verifiable license and DEA registration required; DOT certification needed within 120 days for full-time and part-time providers.
