What We Are Looking For- Retail sales experience, especially mobile and cable products.
- Experience selling Xfinity Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security and Voice.
- Strong customer service, upselling skills and ability to meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full?time, open availability.
- Present, promote and sell Xfinity services and products to existing and prospective customers.
- Execute closing techniques to maximize profit and commission.
- Create value and tailor packages to meet customer needs.
- Exceed sales targets consistently.
- Maintain courteous and friendly attitude, building positive customer relationships.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and achieve overall performance goals.
- Work nights, weekends, overtimes as needed.
