Position Title: Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote role.

Work Setup: Work from home

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PH Time

Salary: Php 70,000 to 85,000 per month

Holidays: UAE Holidays Observed

Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer who is not only skilled in web development but is also enthusiastic about integrating AI to elevate software solutions. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-performance web applications leveraging technologies like Next.js, Node.js, and Supabase. Your role will also encompass software support, ensuring that users receive exceptional service and that all applications operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and Node.js
• Optimize back-end services with Supabase (PostgreSQL, Edge Functions, Auth, Storage)
• Utilize AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) for enhanced code delivery and quality
• Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face) to create intelligent features and improve user experience
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Maintain clean and well-documented code for ease of future support and updates
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to meet project deadlines
• Stay current with new frameworks, tools, and industry trends to continually improve best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, and the React ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Supabase or equivalent platforms (such as Firebase)
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and serverless functions
• Knowledge of AI APIs, LLMs, and automation tools
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with post-launch support
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of both independent and collaborative work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog, LogRocket)
• Past contributions to open-source projects or technical writing
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
