Tenacious Solutions, LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect to assist a federal client. This role will be mainly remote, but will have occasional onsite meetings in the Alexandria, VA or Arlington, VA locations. The solutions architect will lead in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to support the mission objectives. We are looking for someone who can design solutions as well as create visualizations using Power Platform and Microsoft 365 applications.

Must be a U.S Citizen

• Design and implement enterprise data models, pipelines, and integrations to support analytics, reporting, and operational decision?making.
• Build and maintain structured datasets that enable cross?functional teams to access and leverage data effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  

• Develop robust PowerApps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards tailored to business workflows and performance metrics.
• Create reusable components and connectors to streamline data access, automation, and visualization.
• Optimize user experience and performance across Power Platform solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable system designs.
• Lead integration of Microsoft and third?party tools into enterprise environments, ensuring interoperability and performance.
• Work closely with cross?functional teams to deliver phased rollouts, adoption plans, and technical documentation.
  

• BS degree information technology, computer science, or a related field, and 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Excel.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
• Strong background in enterprise data modeling, ETL, and analytics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and related ecosystem tools.
• Ability to understand and design technical solutions
• Working knowledge of existing systems and solutions within federal government departments and agencies.
• Ability to develop project plans and propose project goals, objectives, and tasks to achieve on?time delivery of customer products.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication skillsable to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  

$145,000 - $180,000 *This compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience.
