What You'll Do:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (internships do not count)

  • At least 1 year of cloud computing experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

  • At least 4 years of experience in people management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree

  • 9+ years of experience in programming languages including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go

  • 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure

  • 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks

  • 7+ years of experience in people management

  • 2+ years of experience with Agile practices

The salary for this role ranges from $204,900 - $233,800 depending on location. Capital One also considers applicants with a criminal history in compliance with applicable laws.
