Position Overview:
We have an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon. Our new surgeon will share a dynamic practice with three plastic surgeons and be expected to have microsurgical training. Our search is open to currently practicing microvascular trained plastic surgeons, as well as, 2026 fellows.
Our typical case mix Includes:
- Implant based and autologous breast reconstruction
- Breast reductions
- Transgender TOP surgery
- Lower/upper extremity reconstruction
- Mohs reconstruction
- Head and neck reconstruction
- All types of cancer reconstruction
- Pressure ulcer reconstruction
- Burn reconstruction
- Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR with AI Integration
- Additional compensation for on-call duties and free flap cases
- No hand call, no face call
- Generous employer-funded pension and retirement contributions totaling 21% of clinician eligible earnings with additional employee contribution optional
- No non-compete
- Resident education
- Board Certified or Eligible Plastic Surgery
- Completion of a microvascular fellowship

The annual salary for this position is $513,900 - $546,700 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
