Relief Clinical Supervisor, Northampton

CSO is looking for a Relief Clinical Supervisor for our clinic in Northampton.

This position will provide clinical and administrative supervision for staff and interns at the CBHC Northampton site and will provide direct treatment services to individuals, families and groups and participate as an active member of our agency management team.

We are mostly looking for coverage Monday-Friday in the evening (mainly 5PM-8PM) along with weekend coverage (Saturday and/or Sunday from 9AM-5PM).

Starting pay: $36/hour

As a Relief Clinical Supervisor:

You Will:

  • Provide clinical and administrative oversight for clinicians.
  • Provide clinic coverage.
  • In coordination with supervisor, ensure same-day and urgent care access to clients and provide support for transitions of care.
  • Provide emergency backup for cases of clinicians.
  • Provide medication monitoring, education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate.
  • Provide psycho-social assessments for clients.
  • Maintain an individual caseload, as determined by Program Director. Provide professional behavioral health therapy, crisis intervention, and/or related services in treatment of clients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary records and reports.
  • Perform at a predetermined level of productivity.
  • Participate in team meetings, in-service training, and other required meetings as appropriate.
  • Attend staff and Agency Management meetings as directed.
  • Adhere to the philosophy of "customer satisfaction" and consistently follow the same by providing reliable, responsive, consistent and high-quality service in a timely manner to staff and external
Your Background:
  • Clinical Master's degree with three years of experience treating adults and families
  • Three years of supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC OR LMFT)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
