What you will be doing:Account Management Specialist Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their goals and providing proactive support.
- Anticipate customer needs, identify opportunities or issues, and recommend solutions that drive growth and satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer, partnering with marketing, product, sales, and other teams to improve the customer experience.
- Leverage customer insights and benchmark data to identify upsell opportunities and optimize product usage.
- Engage in customer visits, events, or trade shows as needed to strengthen partnerships.
- Lead the planning, execution, and compliance of assigned programs, including managing timelines, deliverables, and program documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program details, inquiries, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
- Process orders and ensure alignment with program requirements and customer expectations.
- Track program performance and provide updates or reporting to stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Three to five years of relevant experience or training in customer service, customer experience, customer success, or a related field (required)
