Description

Join our dynamic surgical team as an Operating Room Support Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care in the operating room environment. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will assist the surgical staff with various tasks including patient transportation, managing supplies and equipment, preparing the surgical suite, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

In this role, you will help with case cart preparation, positioning devices, and the logistical needs of our surgical teams. You'll also assist in training new staff members and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Working under the guidance of experienced surgical professionals, you will be part of a collaborative and caring multidisciplinary team.

Required Qualifications:

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Perioperative Care Associate I or in a similar healthcare role.

Pay Range: $27.56 - $37.88

This position offers the potential for additional compensation including shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime opportunities, and more.
