As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing merchandising support to our retail partners, ensuring that shoppers' needs are met. Your responsibilities will include building attractive displays and end caps, resetting shelves for product rotation, and monitoring inventory to help maximize sales for stores and suppliers. About you:
- You have a friendly, enthusiastic approach when interacting with customers and team members
- You are at least 18 years old
- You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, and standing, and can lift up to 50 lbs.
- You have reliable transportation to commute to work
- You demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on results
- You are capable of working independently while also excelling in a team setting
- You prioritize safety in all tasks within a retail environment
