HOURS: Full-time, Part-time, Various hours, (morning, evening or overnight)
SALARY: Starting wage $18 to $20 per hour; dependent on experience and qualifications

- Provide residential care to youth ages 10yr to 17yr who have a variety of mental health, behavioral, substance abuse, and legal issues.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, conduct groups, supervise youth in community settings, and provide a positive and healthy environment through role modeling.
- Ensure child protection policies are followed.
- Safeguard residents and staff through appropriate physical intervention if necessary.
- Transport residents and uphold health and safety regulations.
- Must have a High School Diploma, or GED.
- Experience working with children.
- Possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Be at least 21 years old and willing to complete agency background checks.
- Maintain a valid driver's license or obtain one with approved driver status.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in behavioral or social sciences (preferred), OR
- Have completed at least 60 semester credits and have one year of experience working with children, OR
- Possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Be at least 21 years old and willing to complete agency background checks.
- Maintain a valid driver's license or obtain one with approved driver status.
