Commercial Insurance Account Service Manager

Join our dynamic team at an established insurance agency where you'll play a crucial role as a HYBRID/REMOTE Commercial Insurance Assistant in our thriving commercial department. We're looking for talented individuals who thrive on client service, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Insurance Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of customer service, supporting Account Managers, and ensuring account retention. You'll be responsible for providing impeccable service, independent thinking, and effective problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in policy quoting, binding, and issuing, changes, certificates and endorsements
- Ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and suggest relevant coverage.
- Collaborating with multiple producers and a seasoned service team.
- Cultivating professional customer service skills.
- Experience with Agency Management Systems such as EPIC or AMS360 is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in an independent brokerage or agency.
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
- While a college degree is preferred, it's not mandatory.
- Experience in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to engage face-to-face with customers.
- Proficiency in data entry and online quoting.
- Providing administrative support and contributing to various projects as needed.
