Make Every Day Count - Become a Behavior Technician with Caravel Autism Health

Are you looking for a meaningful career where every day is an opportunity to make a real difference? At Caravel Autism Health, we're all about changing lives - one child, one breakthrough, one happy dance at a time.

We're on the hunt for compassionate, enthusiastic go-getters to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs). No experience? No problem If you're passionate about working with kids and ready to learn, we'll give you everything you need to succeed - including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What You'll Do:
Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles As a BT, you'll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You'll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child's journey toward greater independence and confidence.

Who We're Looking For:
• You're available full-time, Monday-Friday
