Title: Service Desk Support Executive
Location: Boise, ID (Onsite, 5x /week)

Salary Range: $20/hr

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 3-5 years or more providing end-user technical support preferred
  • A Certification preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in Service Desk
  • Detailed knowledge of technologies such as Active Directory, Windows XP, 7, and 10, and anti-virus/anti-malware programs
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and accessories issues, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and mobile devices
  • Advanced mobile phone and tablet support, utilizing Intune, Duo, and specific configurations for departmental needs
  • Experience in documenting and sharing solutions to add to the knowledge base
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second level support, including guidance to L1 technicians and serving as an escalation point
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and accessories
  • Assist with additional projects as directed by team leads
