Job Title: Production Operator (2nd Shift)

Client: Aerospace Manufacturing Company

Duration: 06 months (Temp to hire)

Shift : 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Location: Windsor, CT 06095

Pay Rate : USD 18.00 /hr - USD 25.00 /hr

Job Description:

Qualifications:
  • Reliable and motivated candidates for Manufacturing, Production, and Skilled Labor
  • Experience in grit/sandblast, plating, airflow, blenders, maskers, braze, chem strip, bonding, and teardown
  • Fast-paced, high-speed environment; follow standardized work and safe practices
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and use work instruction sheets
  • Mechanical background helpful
  • Experience with hand tools and gauges
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
Minimum Physical Requirements:
  • 1 Year of Manufacturing/Warehouse experience
  • Ability to read, interpret, and communicate work instructions
  • Ability to sit/stand/bend/twist/lift +25lbs for 8 hours or more
  • Willingness to work OT, including weekends
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in assembly/disassembly of aircraft engine parts
  • Utilize chemical and hand cleaning procedures
  • Perform minor repairs/modifications using shop machines
  • Test engine components for serviceability
  • Use precision measurement equipment for re-work
  • Follow technical orders, PRWIs, blueprints, sketches, and sample parts
