Burlington, MA, United States CEI Group LLC Full time

Senior Reporting Analyst - Go-To-Market (GTM) & Customer Insights Are you passionate about transforming data into impactful insights? We're looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst to help guide key business decisions and drive strategic actions across our GTM, Product, and Customer teams. This high-visibility role will empower you to deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions that shape business strategy and improve customer outcomes. As our Senior Reporting Analyst, you'll create and manage dashboards, investigate trends, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our reports are reliable, accurate, and aligned with enterprise standards. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the shift from manual reporting to AI-powered analytics within a dynamic, fast-growing organization. Key Responsibilities: Insight Delivery: Design and publish data dashboards using enterprise-level models. Transform operational data into meaningful performance insights and recommendations. Simplify complex metrics into clear stories for senior leaders to act on. Business Partnership: Serve as the primary reporting interface for GTM, Finance, and Customer teams. Support planning, forecasts, resource allocation, and pipeline performance. Foster data-driven accountability in key business reviews (QBRs, OKRs, etc.). Governance & Enablement: Ensure metric consistency, lineage, and trust across all reporting platforms. Administer self-service BI content and promote the adoption of certified data sources. Provide training and documentation to improve team-wide data fluency. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in reporting. Collaborate with Platform Engineering on backlog prioritization and new requirements. Support the development of AI-assisted analytics and predictive insights. Success in this role means your insights directly influence business decisions, not just creating charts. What We're Looking For: Required: 5-8 years of experience in BI analytics, reporting, or data analysis. Expert-level proficiency in cloud BI platforms (e.g., Looker). Strong SQL skills and experience working with curated data models. Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience in SaaS GTM analytics (ARR, pipeline, conversion, CAC, renewals). Familiarity with product analytics and customer data. Knowledge of data governance best practices and enterprise operating frameworks. Exposure to predictive analytics and automation. Why Join Us? Impact: Your work will shape decisions that drive growth and enhance customer success. Innovation: Help lead the shift to intelligence-driven operations with cutting-edge analytics. Collaboration: Work alongside talented teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
