Crossmark Global Investments is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing and Sales Analyst to provide comprehensive support across our Distribution, Sales, and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, sales materials, and coordinating follow-up items for financial advisors.
- Project Management & Research: Contribute to special projects, including competitor analysis, data mining, and market research. Utilize AdvizorPro and Salesforce (CRM) applications to create lead lists for the sales and marketing teams.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare hypothetical illustrations for financial advisors and RIAs using Zephyr and Morningstar.
- Marketing & Events: Coordinate conference sponsorships and wholesaler kits, including marketing materials, promotional items, booth kit, printing, and shipping.
- Additional Responsibilities: Organize and manage internal and external meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation. Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and a growth mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience in the asset management industry is a plus.
