HR Recruiter requires:

Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment.

Strong attention to detail

Ability to come on-site during the training period.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.

3 years experience in Human Resources required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

HR Recruiter duties:

Assist in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.

Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques

Generate recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
