Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
  • Navigating a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules
  • Scheduling appointments to minimize driving time/distance and recommending alternative routes when necessary
  • Listening attentively to identify customer needs and concerns
  • Maintaining an accurate customer database, including call details and payment information
  • Rescheduling unserved accounts within 24 hours
  • Participating in quality assurance programs
  • Protecting customer privacy and proprietary information
