Your Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
- Navigating a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules
- Scheduling appointments to minimize driving time/distance and recommending alternative routes when necessary
- Listening attentively to identify customer needs and concerns
- Maintaining an accurate customer database, including call details and payment information
- Rescheduling unserved accounts within 24 hours
- Participating in quality assurance programs
- Protecting customer privacy and proprietary information
