MIG Welder / Fabricator - Full Time
Location: Idaho Falls, ID
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with potential overtime)
Pay: $23-$25/hr DOE

We're looking for a skilled MIG Welder and Fabricator to join a growing team where your attention to detail and craftsmanship truly matter. In this full-time, day-shift role, you'll help build, modify, and repair essential tools, fixtures, and components for steel manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weld, fabricate, and modify carts, jigs, tool frames, and lifting devices
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Operate lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines
  • Perform precision machining to tight tolerances
  • Maintain detailed records and follow all SOPs and safety standards
Fixture Fabricator Focus:
  • Analyze specs and determine materials/machines needed
  • Plan layouts and build sequences
  • Assemble parts with a focus on accuracy and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Strong blueprint reading and technical interpretation
  • Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to non-standard situations
