Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for high-value client groups, providing exceptional service to both clients and financial advisors.
- Oversee comprehensive payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.
- Proactively address payroll challenges, conduct detailed audits, and collaborate with internal and external partners to provide seamless, premium service.
- Demonstrate strong learning agility to navigate various billing cycles and file formats.
- Exhibit a deep curiosity while researching suitable solutions for internal and external customers.
- Assist clients with a wide range of complex transactions, recognizing the importance of delivering industry-leading customer service.
- Analyze large data sets with meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality.
- Aim to meet production and quality objectives by processing transactions accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to guarantee accurate information processing for successful outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills, including sorting data, utilizing filters, and formatting cells.
- Aptitude for learning new software applications and openness to exploring digital tools, capable of utilizing dual monitors and engaging in analytical research.
Work Location:
This position is based in Corebridge Financial's Amarillo, TX office, offering the flexibility of both office-based and remote work options.
