Your Role - What You'll Experience
  • Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established protocols.
  • Scrutinize test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and maintain lab equipment through regular calibration and preventative care.
  • Facilitate specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
  • Document all procedures with clarity, assess, and train new team members, while ensuring the laboratory meets or exceeds quality standards.
  • Uphold a clean and safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or suitable allied health degree, supplemented by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications Required
  • ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be completed within your first year of employment.
  • Maintain your certification for the duration of your employment.

  • Able to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve in high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail, particularly concerning quality checks and documentation.
