Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Support the implementation of personalized care plans.
  • Engage residents in social activities and community events.
  • Encourage a healthy and active lifestyle among residents.
  • Help maintain the dignity, comfort, and overall well-being of residents.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently licensed as a CNA in the state of MN.
  • Strong ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
