HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in City of Industry, CA This individual will be responsible for machine setup and maintenance, operate and repair forklifts, and using a variety of power tools. The ideal candidate will possess 4 years of experience in maintenance role in a manufacturing environment, has the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds, and has electrical training/experience. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $33.44 - $40.14/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday through Friday. 10pm to 6am
  • Located in City of Industry, CA
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service
  • Provides emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
  • Performs mechanic skills including but not limited to, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines
  • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
  • Will use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
  • Safely operate and repair forklift
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic/technician role in a manufacturing environment
  • Electrical training/experience with 480 3 phases/machine controls
  • Work overtime as required
  • Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures required
  • Experience operating forklift equipment
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management
  • Lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds
