Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules.? Develop and integrate ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs, and other ServiceNow capabilities.? Perform end-to-end application development, including UI design, workflow automation, and scripting.? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.? Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and ServiceNow development guidelines.? Perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching to ensure minimal disruption to services.? Stay up to date with ServiceNow features, updates, and industry best practices.? Support the integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications and external systems.? Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, security models, and performance optimization.? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.Required Skills & Qualifications:? Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.? Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.).? ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.? Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred.?
