Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee a comprehensive continuum of high-quality care within your healthcare team.
- Manage and treat chronic diseases and medical disorders.
- Review patients' medical histories, including allergies, problems, medications, and immunization status.
- Gather and document essential patient information to inform care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patient condition accurately.

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted medical license to practice in New York at time of hire.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine.
- Active DEA license or the ability to obtain it prior to starting.
In this role, you can expect a compensation range between $229,500 - $378,000, with total cash compensation reflecting various factors such as experience and performance. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
