- Managing inventory effectively
- Scheduling and overseeing team members

In addition to managing shifts, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of 4-12, including assigning tasks and assessing performance
- Planning special events and promotions, and coordinating necessary training to ensure success
- Assisting with product ordering and managing inventory needs

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Background in a restaurant operation, ideally with supervisory experience.
Key Skills: Strong communication skills to engage with different team members at all levels. Proficiency with computers is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform various tasks in the restaurant, operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register, and endure standing, bending, and walking throughout the workday. Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally is required.
