Kaweah Health is actively seeking a Full-Time Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our esteemed team in Visalia, CA. Elevate your career in a dynamic environment committed to clinical excellence and collaborative care.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide Anesthesia coverage for: Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular Surgery, Structural Heart, and Cath Lab
- May assist with: General, Ortho, Podiatry, ophthalmology, GYN, Plastics, Urology, Trauma, and L&D
- Resident supervision + independent cases
- 8-hour guarantee shifts on clinical days
- Cardiac home call (approx. 1:3 weekdays, every 3rd weekend)
- ABA Board Certified
- Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship
- Certified in Perioperative TEE
- Active CA license
- Passion for teaching and residency education
- 1099 status
- $2,640/day guarantee for 8-hour weekly shifts (Monday- Friday)
- $850 weekday call stipend, $1500 weekend call stipend
- Approx. $700K + annual earnings (based on 40 hrs/week & 6 weeks o)
- Additional compensation for extra shifts
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
- Up to $50k sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)
