Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with advanced SAP and Excel skills? Medline is seeking a disciplined and self-motivated Temporary Purchasing Coordinator to provide crucial supply chain support during a period of maternity leave. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and timeliness of our procurement process.

This is a fully remote position, requiring a laser focus on tracking and expediting Purchase Orders (POs) through high-volume email communication.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order Management & Expediting: Actively follow up on all Purchase Orders (POs) sent to vendors via extensive email communication.
  • Confirmation & Tracking: Confirm vendor receipt of all POs and meticulously obtain and document accurate Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) for all open orders.
  • Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as a key communication link between Medline buyers, vendors, and other internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving low-level logistical issues swiftly.
  • Data Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate purchasing data, primarily through robust Excel management and interaction with the SAP system.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure all purchasing and follow-up activities comply with internal procedures and high-volume work environment standards.
