$120,000 - $140,000 + Medical/Dental + PTO + 401k + Bonus
Are you an experienced engineering leader with a background in ecommerce, digital platforms, or cloud-based architecture? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital organization and lead the teams responsible for delivering secure, scalable, high-performance ecommerce systems used across the U.S.
In this role, you'll oversee engineering and QA groups, drive long-term digital roadmaps, and guide the delivery of modern web, mobile, and API-driven platforms. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape platform strategy, optimize performance, and ensure high availability and reliability of customer-facing digital experiences.
This is a great opportunity for a senior engineering manager who enjoys building technical teams, owning platform delivery, and leading the evolution of a modern ecommerce ecosystem.
The Role:
*Lead engineering and QA teams delivering secure, scalable ecommerce platforms
*Drive digital and integration roadmaps across web, mobile, and API systems
*Resolve complex architectural, performance, and integration challenges
*Ensure platform reliability and quality through strong QA and monitoring
*Maintain security and compliance across digital system
The Person:
*Experience in software engineering or ecommerce technology
*Experience leading engineering teams in an agile environment
*Experience with cloud-based, API-driven architectures and high-availability systems
*Hands-on background with ecommerce platforms, payment systems, CRM/ESP tools
*Bachelor's degree
