ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

This is a unique 10-to-12 week internship program designed for undergraduate and post-graduate students to immerse themselves in various aspects of our core markets, including Commercial, Data Center, and Energy & Renewables. Interns will engage in real-world projects and build invaluable industry connections. Though based in California, we have major projects across multiple states.

Intern responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting Crew Foreman in developing Job Hazard Analyses.
  • Conducting daily field assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs.
  • Overseeing regulatory compliance and audits.
  • Offering constructive feedback on safety improvements to project leadership.
  • Providing coaching for unsafe behaviors and recognition for safe practices.
  • Supporting project teams in weekly toolbox safety meetings.
  • Assisting in the completion of incident investigations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

All candidates must meet the following:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Safety, EHS, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
